*After completing your reservation, it is mandatory to fill out the reservation form. The form link will be sent to your email address once your payment is successfully processed. On this form, you will be required to provide your check-in/check-out dates and the full names/details of all guests staying in the room.
Please note that in some cases, these emails may be delivered to your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there as well.
**Child rates are determined based on the age of the guest on the check-in date (19 June 2026):
0–6 years: Born on or after 19 June 2020
7–12 years: Born between 19 June 2014 and 18 June 2020 (inclusive)
Adults: Born on or before 18 June 2014
For guests checking in after 19 June (e.g., 20 June), the age calculation will be based on their actual check-in date.
Please provide accurate birth dates at the time of booking.
***In Double +2 kids and Triple +1 kid rooms, one child will be required to share a bed with the parents.
